Purchase and Cancellation Policy

  1. Placing an Order

When you place an order with Beauty Me & Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Product Selection: You are responsible for selecting the correct product(s) and ensuring that all customization options (if applicable) are correct before placing your order.
  2. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your purchase. Please review this email carefully to ensure all information is correct.
  3. Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept different electronic payment methods, major credit cards, PayPal, etc.
  4. Order Processing: Orders are processed within seven (7) business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time due to their bespoke nature.

Note: Orders cannot be processed on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, it will be processed on the following Monday.

 

  1. Order Modifications
  1. Changes to Orders: If you need to make changes to your order (such as altering the product details or shipping address), please contact us immediately at beautymeandcompany@gmail.com. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed.
  2. Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, once production has begun, no changes can be made. Please ensure that all details are correct before confirming your custom order.
  1. Order Cancellations
  1. Standard Orders:
    • You may cancel your order within ten 10 minutes of placing it without any penalty. To cancel, please contact us at beautymeandcompany@gmail.com with your order number and email used at the checkout.
    • If you cancel your order after the ten 10-minute window, but before it has been shipped, total cost of the order value may apply.
    • Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be canceled. 
  2. Custom Orders:
    • Custom and personalized orders are non-cancellable once production has begun. If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellations are not possible.
  3.  Subscriptions:
    • When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 
    • Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. 
    • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. 
    • If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

 

  1. Refunds and Charges
  1. Refunds for Cancellations:
    • If you cancel your order within the allowed time frame, any payments made will be refunded to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
  2. Refunds for Custom Orders:
    • Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  3. Chargebacks:
    • In the event of a dispute that leads to a chargeback, please note that we reserve the right to contest any chargebacks with documentation of the transaction, including proof of shipment and delivery.
  1. Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy
  1. Special Promotions:
    • Orders placed during special promotions, sales, or with discount codes may be subject to different cancellation terms. Please review the terms and conditions of the specific promotion for details.
  2. Out-of-Stock Items:
    • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss the next steps, which may include a full refund, a substitution with a similar item, or waiting until the item is back in stock.
